For 50 years, Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club has celebrated the best of interior design by transforming a luxury Manhattan home into an elegant exhibition of fine furnishings, art, and technology. 

Since 1973, celebrated interior designers have reimagined luxury homes in Manhattan into immersive exhibitions showcasing the finest in furnishings, art, and technology. Originally launched to raise critical funds for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, the Decorator Show House has grown into a marquee event that attracts thousands of design enthusiasts each year and inspires interior design trends across the globe.

In 2017, the Show House expanded to Palm Beach, where it recently celebrated its eighth successful edition in Winter 2025. Building on that success, Kips Bay introduced a third location in Dallas, Texas, in Fall 2020—bringing its signature flair to a new region and expanding its impact.

The 2025 New York Show House marked a major milestone—the 50th anniversary—transforming a 9,000-square-foot, six-level townhouse in Greenwich Village at 20 West 12th Street into a breathtaking showcase of design innovation. The historic 1900 brick-and-stone residence featured 13-foot ceilings, seven wood-burning fireplaces, eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a private garden—providing the perfect setting for this landmark celebration of design.

Following the success of New York, the Dallas Show House, now in its sixth year, will return to the stunning 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard, nestled in one of Dallas’s most prestigious neighborhoods, opening to the public on Friday, November 7, 2025.
