What are the Dates and Times of the Show House?
The Show House is open from October 24th unit November 13th. The Show House is open for Opening Day on October 24th from 4 PM until 8 PM. From, October 25th till November 13th the Show House is open every day from 10 AM until 4 PM. The last entry is 30 minutes before closing time.
How much does the Show House cost to attend and what are the dates?
Join us on October 23rd starting at the Kips Bay Show House with Cocktails and Dinner at The Mansion At Turtle Creek Club in Dallas, Texas (a night dedicated to celebrating the design industry) for the opening of the 2024 Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas.
How do I get to the Show House?
The Show House and all its events are located at 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75219
I am interested in buying a ticket for the Show House, what are the details?

Tickets to the Show House vary in price and must be purchased in advance. Those tickets can only be used on the day/time that you have selected the house is open.

Depending on availability, a limited number of tickets can be purchased at the door.

Once tickets are purchased, they can only be used once on the specific day/time you have chosen.

Tickets are non-refundable.

No entry 1/2 hour before closing.

No children under the age of 6 (including infants) are allowed.

No pets allowed.

General admission tickets also apply for entry to Kips Bay Show House events occurring on the day of your visit (if applicable).
I bought a ticket, now what?
Upon arrival at the Show House, you will need to either show your ticket on a mobile device or print your ticket for entry. Every ticket purchased is the date and time specific. Attendees are allowed to enter the house at any time during each time session window but need to exit by the conclusion of the session. All session times are listed on your ticket. You are allowed to enter the house at any time during each time slot.
What comes with my ticket?
Entry to the Show House along with a Show House Journal (subject to availability).

Where should I park?
UParking Requirements: This years Show House as a on-site Parking Garage below the Show House. Parking in the garage is subject to availability. There is also plenty of street parking around the Show House.
Ride Share Options: If taking a ride share like Uber, Lyft, or ALTO, you MUST be dropped off at the Show House gate located on Dickason Avenue.
Is there a place on-site to purchase food or drinks?
Unfortunately, food and drink are not allowed in the Show House and are not available on-site. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the neighboring area.
Is there a dress code?
Come as you are.
Are Bathrooms available for Show House guests?
Yes, there is one on-site bathroom for paid attendees.
How long will it take to tour the Show House?
At a leisurely pace, the self-guided tour shouldn’t take more than an hour.
Is there an elevator at the house?
No, there is no elevator.
Other Show House Restrictions?
There’s no wheelchair access due to stairs, no elevators available, no high heels (to protect the floors), no pets allowed, no children under 6 or infants in arms allowed, and no sitting on or touching the furniture or accessories in the house.
